Introduction
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Australia’s largest celebration of cultural diversity! The National Multicultural Festival will be held from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 February 2026.
There are many roles available to suit different interests and abilities. To be eligible to volunteer you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a visa which grants you the right to work or volunteer.
Roles may be allocated on a first in first served basis, with some of the more specialised roles assigned according to experience. Applying to volunteer does not automatically guarantee placement in a role.

The National Multicultural Festival team understands that initial volunteer availability may be subject to change - our team will be in touch again later in the year to confirm roles and shifts. Once you have fully completed the form and clicked SUBMIT, you will not be able to access the form again.
